Database links
The ODM3 database is designed to handle a large range of different data types so that information that’s usually stored in separate specialist databases is now all in one place – this makes analysis, integration and manipulation seamless.
As well as diverse well data, ODM3 also has direct datalinks to industry tools Petrel, Openworks, Geolog, OpenSpirit, Interactive Petrophysics and Stratbugs. This allows ODM3 to act as a data transfer tool between data systems, and allows users to bypass clunky corporate interpretation tools by bringing the data into ODM3 and working there
Data can be displayed:
-
On well templates and data reports
-
On bubble or production maps, or maps which indicate zones in the oil leg;
-
In cross-plots to show poro-perms or production data;
-
As spreadsheets based on SQL data queries or user-defined criteria such as facies within perforated intervals.
Users can also create curves or data criteria via a powerful macro/VBA-style scripting language.
With ODM3, data can be analysed and interpreted efficiently, all in one place
