Our Success and Originality

Our Success and Originality

Senergy is a relatively young company but it has grown organically by around 20-30% per annum for the last few years with staff turnover of less than 10%. In a marketplace in which skilled human resources are scarce, this is a remarkable indication of success.

Much of Senergy’s success has been built on an ability to integrate services into complete solutions before the concept of integration in the supply chain was established in the oil industry. It has meant that we can deliver successful technical projects to our clients and it also makes it clear to them that Senergy delivers genuine value. It is this combination of quality of service and the consequent value added to their business which has shaped our new commercial models.

Increasingly, these models align us with our clients’ success, moving away from a “cost plus” mode of pricing. Alignment is at the highest levels of the respective organisations and sometimes involves financial investment on our part. Through Senergy Investments, the company and third party investors can provide funds to facilitate the delivery of projects with reward mechanisms based on project success.

We have developed many new products to take to our clients, we have added four international offices to the six we have in the UK, and further expansion is in the pipeline. We have managed to make such a major

investment in the future of the company and simultaneously maintain a reasonable level of profit.

Our M&A strategy is key to our future. In three years we have brought five highly respected organisations together, preserving their heritage and qualities, but also integrating them into the group to secure and expand our client base.

A recent client survey provided very strong positive feedback on our performance and also enabled us to improve in some areas. We also subscribe to online capability and feedback systems (FPAL and Achilles) and obtain customer feedback immediately following completion of every project.

Our products, too, highlight us as world leaders but it’s the way we combine them and exploit the additional routes to market that they provide that really makes a difference.

We take justifiable pride in ‘doing good whilst doing well’ and our extensive contribution to local communities, education, staff wellbeing and the environment prove that we’re active in maintaining that pride, as do the many awards and accolades we have received for our commitment to corporate social responsibility. It all has a positive effect on our clients’ perceptions of us and sets us apart from many of our competitors. It’s a cornerstone of our company culture and ethos.
