Rhys is Operations Director for Senergy Survey & GeoEngineering. He graduated in 1988 with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Wales and an army commission from RMA Sandhurst. In 1991 he joined Gardline Surveys as an offshore surveyor and over the following decade became a senior offshore project manager. During this time he spent a significant amount of time managing vessel based projects in overseas and often remote locations. In 2002 Rhys joined Floyd & Associates as Project Manager, and along with Daren and Richard was part of the management buyout team in 2004. His current role includes overall responsibility for offshore survey and positioning operations, HSE and QA/QC.
